Salon Rules & Policies To ensure a safe, relaxing, and professional environment for all clients, please review and respect the following salon policies: No Children Allowed For safety reasons and to maintain a calm atmosphere, children are not permitted in the salon at any time. This includes infants and toddlers. Please make childcare arrangements prior to your appointment. No Extra Guests Only the client receiving services is allowed inside the salon. Friends, family members, and additional guests are not permitted unless prior approval has been given. Health & Illness Policy If you are feeling unwell, coughing, experiencing flu-like symptoms, or have been exposed to a contagious illness, please cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments will be canceled if you arrive sick, as the health and safety of all clients and staff is a priority. Late Arrival Policy If you expect to be more than 20 minutes late, you must call ahead to confirm whether your appointment can still be honored. Depending on the schedule, you may need to reschedule. Arriving late without notice may result in a shortened service or cancellation. Online Booking Only All appointments must be booked online. This ensures accuracy, proper scheduling, and availability. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment.
